STRIP PICTURE PIECING:

Learn how to create patchwork pictures via the interrupted rectangle method which includes everything from curves to geometrics. Optional designs include leaves, mountains, stars and dolphins.

SEMINOLE SKIES:

Using the 30/60 degree angles on your rulers make a medium size mountain range worthy of a small wall hanging. It's a cut, stitch, and restitch method where students exchange mountain fabrics.

SIMPLIFY SAMPLERS:

Adapt basic blocks to speed cutting and piecing. Learn how to calculate and interpret triangular seam allowance additions. Go beyond templates for creative and precise intersections as you learn the fundamentals of 4 patch, 9 patch and star blocks.

APPLIQUE ANSWERS:

Learn 8 methods for applique, but settle on one for your project-a set of Ukrainian stacking dolls. Be forever endeared to all young adults as you make a collection of unique cherished toys.

BEYOND LET'S FLEX:

Use of the flexicurve design tool expands beyond curved strip piecework. With the introduction of Grid Grip, design, press and stitch easy curved pieces that can be used in clothing, wall hangings and quilt blocks. Perform unplanned curves for landscape designs.

LAP QUILTING LIVES ON:

Discover the secrets to "quilt as you go" methods. Learn how to overcome quilting and connection pitfalls with both hand and machine quilting. Explore the possibilities for the many block connections. Quilting, both in and out of a hoop, is demonstrated.
